Paramedicine
Paramedicine offers an exciting and challenging career within the Emergency Medical Services field. Paramedics are vital members of the quick-response healthcare team, providing an advanced level of care in the pre-hospital environment under the direction of a physician. Paramedics prioritize patient needs and perform patient assessment, providing advanced life support in situations where trauma, respiratory, diabetic, behavioral, cardiac, allergic, poisoning, and childbirth emergencies might exist.
Paramedicine occupational courses will be completed in four (4) semesters.

The Chattahoochee Technical College Paramedic Program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs upon the recommendation of the Committee on Accreditation of Educational Programs for the Emergency Medical Services Professions (CoAEMSP).
